Abstract
Un conjunto de guarnicion de caja de empaquetadura compacto incluye aros de extremo de grafito, trenzados de alta densidad insertados con metal cada uno delos cuales ha sido formado con matriz para tener superficies de enfrentamiento en ángulo y unapluralidad de aros de Preforma. En una realizacion tres arosde Preforma de grafito de baja densidad teniendo superficies de enfrentamiento en ángulo están contenidos entre los aros de extremo trenzados de alta densidad.Las superficies de enfrentamiento de los aros de Preforma se extienden en diferentes ángulos en relacion al eje longitudinal del conjunto de guarnicion de loque lo hacen las superficies de enfrentamiento de los aros de extremo trenzados. Los aros de extremos trenzados proveen unafuncion de soporte para los aros dePreforma así como también una funcion de frotacion de vástago. En otra realizacion, se ubican aros de soporte de Preforma del mismo material que los aros deextremo entre los aros de Preforma de baja densidad. Otra realizacion revelada incluye reemplazar dos de los tres aros de Preforma de grafito de baja densidadteniendo superficies de enfrentamiento en ángulo con aros de soporte de Preforma hechos de aros de extremo de grafito trenzado de alta densidad insertado conmetal cada uno de los cuales ha sido formado para tener superficies de enfrentamiento en ángulo. Otra realizacion más incluye tener los aros de extremo y losaros centrales hechos de aro de grafito de extremo trenzados de alta densidad insertados con metal cada uno de los cuales ha sido formadocon matriz para tener superficies de enfrentamiento en ángulo.
