Abstract

Un agente terapéutico o preventivo para una epilepsia rebelde o un acceso asociado con ella, incluyendo como ingrediente activo un compuesto representadopor la formula: R2-CH2CONH-R1, donde R1 es un grupo fenilo o un grupo piridilo, que pueden teneruno o varios sustituyentes que pueden ser idénticos odiferentes uno de otro y que se seleccionan de entre un grupo alquilo C1-3 y un grupo hidroxilo, y R2 es un grupo 2-oxo-1-pirrolidinilo que puede tener uno omás sustituyentes, donde dicho uno o mássustituyentes pueden ser idénticos o diferentes uno de otro y se seleccionan de entre un átomo de halogeno, un grupohidroxilo, y un grupo alquilo C1-3; una sal de los mismos; o un hidrato del compuesto o la sal.
