Abstract

Un aparato optoelectronico que tiene una region de medicion para detectar la presencia de semillas de grano danadas o agrietadas en una poblacion desemillas que están en estado estacionario o movil en la region de medicion. El aparato comprende unaf uente de luz de excitacion ultravioleta de onda corta(menos de 300nm), un dispositivo detector de fotones no formador de imagen, y un selector de longitud de onda que sirve para aislar la luz fluorescente emitidaen una cierta region espectral porel endosperma del grano proveniente de la luz de excitacion de la fuente de luz, así como de otras fuentes de luz. Elaparato puede montarse en una cosechadora combinada a efectos de detectar la presencia de semillas de grano danado que tienen elendosp erma expuesto durantela cosecha.
