La invencion se refiere a un elemento de seguridad que comprende una capa magnética y una capa grabada caracterizado porque la capa magnética es una capamagnética blanda y porque la capa magnética blanda tiene, por lo menos parcialmente, la forma delpatron grabado de la capa grabada, con la cual la capagrabada afecta las propiedades magnéticas de la capa magnética blanda, a un proceso de fabricacion del mismo y al uso de dicho elemento de seguridad paraimpedir la falsificacion de valores.
