Abstract

Un molde de extrusion (10) para extruir un aditivo químico funcional (80) para fabricar un producto de papel desechable (50). Comprende unaabertura de suministro (11) y un canal de distribucion (15) en comunicacion fluídica con la abertura desuminis tro. El canal de distribucion terminaen por lo menos una boca de descarga (21) que tiene un pasaje en seccion transversal a través de la misma. La boca de descarga comprende un orificiode entrada Ae y un orificio de salida, entre los cualesse define una distancia de descarga (H). Ax > Ae asegurando que se evita sustancialmente que loscontaminantes (30a) atraviesan la boca de descarga y la taponen. Preferentemente, la seccion transversal del pasaje de descarga aumenta progresivaygradualmente de sde el orificio de entrada (21e) al orificio de salida (21x).
