Abstract

Un método y un aparato para la fabricación de un alimento para mascotas que tiene una matriz estriada fibrosa y transversal que imparte una acciónlimpiadora mecánica superior a los dientes de una mascota cuando se mastica. El aparato incluye un extrusor a través del cual se avanza una mezcla alimenticiaincluyendo fibra, el extremo de salida del cual está equipado con un ensamble de matriz el cual induce un estado de flujo laminar en la corriente de materialalimenticio.
