Abstract
Se revela un método para la fabricacion de un cuerpo de vehículo y montaje de chasis de vehículo, que incluye un par de rieles laterales, cada uno de loscuales está formado de un miembro estructural de canal cerrado que extiende la longitud totaldel cuerpo de vehículo y montaje de chasis de vehículo, y esdeformado en un perfil deseado por medio de la hidroformacion. El primer paso en el proceso es proporcionar una longitud de material para fabricacion, conpreferencia una pieza a máquinatubular , metálica, que tiene una longitud pre-determinada. La pieza de máquina es luego doblada de manera típica por medio deun aparato para doblar tubos convencional para tener algunas o todas las dobladuras en el riel lateral a ser formado. Lasdobladuras incialmente formadas en lapieza a máquina durante este paso de pre-doblado, por lo general no tiene los ángulos exactos y las formas en las que resulta el producto final. Por elel contrario, esta operacion de pre-doblado inicial serealiza para faci litar la insercion de la pieza de máquina dentro de la cavidad de la matrizdefinida por la cooperacion de las secciones de la matriz de una matriz de hidroformacion. El proximo paso en el método involucra la hidroformacion delapieza de máquina pre-d oblada a un perfil deseado.
