Abstract

Se provee un proceso para preparar aglomerados detergentes de baja densidad que tienen una densidad en la escala de 300 g/l a 550 g/l, aproximadamente. Elproceso comprende los pasos de: (a) aglomerar una pasta surfactante detergente o precursor deés te y material detergente seco de inicio en una mezcladora aalta velocidad para obtener aglomerados; (b) mezclar los aglomerados en una segunda mezcladora de alta velocidad para obtener aglomerados acumulados; y (c)alimentar los aglomeradosacumulados a una secadora de lecho fluidificado en la que se rocía un aglutinante por vía de una boquilla que tiene una altura de 25cm a 60 cm, aproximadamente, desde la plancha de distribucion de la secadora de lecho fluidificado de modo que losaglomerados a cumulados se secan y aglomeranpara formar los aglomerados detergentes de baja densidad deseados.
