Abstract
Un dispositivo de control del proceso de desmontado que incluye estaciones sensoras para examinar datos de las propiedades físicas del algodon a medidaque avanza por una desmontadora. Una unidad demicronair e determina tanto el micronaire como la madurez del algodon.Un analizador de longitud de fibra proporciona informacion sobrela distribucion de la longitud, la resistencia a la rotura, y la elongacion de las fibras de algodon. Se recogenmuestras de a lgodon de la corriente decirculacion de la desmotadora y se las presenta a estaciones sensoras, ya sea en forma manual, semiautomática o automática. En una unidad totalmente automáticalas estaciones sensoras están conectadasdirectamente a la desmont adora. Las estaciones sensoras también están en comunicacion con el dispositivo de controldel proceso de desmotado, que utiliza los datos provenientes de las estaciones sensoras para controlar automáticamente elfuncionamiento de la desmontadora.Alte rnativamente, las estaciones sensoras se ensamblan en una unidad independiente. En una version semiautomática de la unidad independiente, las muestras serecogen a mano y se presentan a la unidad en cassettespara que las estaciones sensoras hagan el submuestreo y el análisis automático. En la versionsemiautomática, las estaciones sensoras pueden tener una configuracion idéntica a la de la unidad totalmente automática en línea. En una version manualde launidad independiente, las muestras se reco gen a mano y se colocan manualmente en contacto con las diversas estaciones sensoras. La informacion comunicadapor las unidades independientes se puede utilizar para controlar manualmente la operacion de ladesmotadora.
