Abstract

Una composicion de dentrífico eficaz, de dos componentes, que tiene un primer componente de dentrífico que contiene bicarbonato de metal alcalino y unsegundo componente de dentrífico que contiene ácido; los compuestos primero y segundo estandoseparados antes del uso; en donde el pH de los dos componentescuando son combinados en el momento de la aplicacion a los dientes es entre proximadamente 6,0 y aproximadamente 7,1; con lo cual el dentrífico proporcionauna remocion mejorada del crecimiento de placa y una sensacion de hormigueo en la boca. Se describe además, el método para mejorar la remocion del crecimientode placa mediante la aplicacion de dicha composicion.
