Compuestos en forma de estereoisomero o de mezcla de estereoisomeros, que responden a la formula general (IA), en la cual: R1 representa un átomo dehidrogeno o un grupo C2-4 alquilo lineal o ramificado, C3-6 cicloalquilo, C3-6cicloalquilmeti lo o fenil C1-3 alquilo eventualmente substituido en elnucleo fenilo; R2 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo C1-4 alquilo lineal o ramificado, C3-6 cicloalquilo, C3-6 cicloalquilmetilo o fenil C1-3alquilo eventualmentesubstituido en el nucleo fenilo; R3 representa un grupo hidroxi o C1-4 alcoxi o un grupo de formula general NR4R5 en la cual R4 y R5,independientemente uno de otro, representan cada uno un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo C1-4 alquilo lineal oramificado, un grupo C 3-6 cicloalquilo o ungrupo C3-6 cicloalquilmetilo, en estado de base o de sal de adicion con un ácido, a la formula general (IB) en la cual: R representa o bien un átomode hidrogeno, o bien un grupo de formula generalCH2COY en la cual Y represe nta un grupo hidroxi o un grupo C1-4 alcoxi, o también un grupo de formula generalCH2CONR1R2 en la cual R1 y R2, independientemente uno de otro, representan cada uno un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo C1-4 alquilo; Xrepresenta un átomode oxígeno o de azufre o un grupo CH2; m representa 0 o 1; y n representa 0, 1 o 2, en estado de base libre o de sal de adicion con un ácido, a la formulageneral (IC) en la cual R1 representa o bien un átomo de hidrogeno, o bienun grupo de formula general C H2COY, en la cual Y representa un grupo hidroxi o ungrupo C1-4 alcoxi, o también un grupo de formula general CH2CONR4R5 en la cual R4 y R5, independientemente uno de otro, representan cada uno un átomo dehidrogeno oun grupo C1-4 alquilo; y R2 repre senta un grupo piridin-2-ilo, un grupo piridin-3-ilo, un grupo piridin-4-ilo, un grupo 1-metilpirrol-2-ilo, un
