Abstract

Composiciones y procesos utiles para el tratamiento de productos residuales de alimentos macerados, particularmente solidos residuales de alimentosmacerados por un aparato de disposicion de residuos. La formulacion comprende por gramo: 0 - 50% enp eso de complejo bacteriano; 75 - 99,99% en pesos de unamezcla enzimática que contiene: por lo menos 5 x 10(3) CDU/gramo enzima proteasa; por lo menos 1.2 x 10(4) MWU/gramo de enzima amilasa; por lo menos1 x 10(2) LU/gramo de enzima lipasa; po r lomenos 1 x 10(3) CU/gramo de enzima celulasa; 0 - 50% en peso de un componente conservador, preferentementepropilenglicol; 0 - 50% en peso de uno o más agentes tensioactivos no ionicos; 0 - 10% en peso de uno o más componentes opcinales, seleccionados entre:agentes colorantes, formulaciones de fragancias, composiciones neutralizadoras de olores, micronutrientes, agentes reguladores de pH, agentes espesantes.
