Abstract

Un método para identificar el animal del cual deriva un producto de carne que comprende: genotipificar la carne, comparar el genotipo con los genotiposde animales conocidos y localizar cualquier genotipo coincidente para identificar el animal del cual deriva un producto de carne. Un sistema paraidentificar el animal del cual deriva un producto de carne que comprende genotipificar la carne, comparar el genotipo con los genotipos de animalesconocidos, localizar cualquier genotipo coincidente y archivar la informacion en una computadora, de modo al que el genotipo y la identificaciondel animal puedan investigarse. Uso de un análisis genético molecular para identificar el animal del cual deriva un productode carne. Un kit paraidentificar el animal del cual deriva un producto de carne que comprende reactivos para extraer material genético, un dispositivo para la manipulacionde una placa de microtitulacion y un medio para registrar la identidad del material genético y un porta-placa de microtitulacion (1) que comprende unmedio de sujecion de la placa de microtitulacion (5), codigos de identificacion (4) para cada cavidad de la placa de microtitulacion (6) y unmedio de control (11) para permitir el acceso selectivo a las cavidades de la placa de microtitulacion (6).
