Abstract
Un método para fabricar componentes electro-opticos que comprende una estructura optica y una estructura eléctrica sobre un dispositivo, el cualcomprende: formar por lo menos dos estructuras de guiaondas optico sobre un sustrato; formar unaestructura eléctrica para cada estructura optica sobredicho sustrato, comprendiendo cada una de ellas por lo menos un electrodo a tierra y un electrodo de senales, asociados respectivamente con dichasestructuras del guíaondas optico; analizar ensucesion las características opticas de las estructuras electro-opticas consituidas por la union de dichasestructuras opticas y dichas estructuras eléctricas formada de acuerdo con los pasos precedentes; y elegir una de dichas estructuras electro-npticas,demostrando, mediante dicho análisis, valores mejorados en comparacion con un límite predeterminado; la presente invencion se relaciona asimismo concomponentes electro-opticos que comprenden estructuras electro-npticas independientes y simétricas. Se refiere también al componente electro-opticoobtenido con dicho método.
