''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE COMPONENTES ELETRO-óPTICOS, E, COMPONENTES ELETRO-óTICO''. Processo de fabricação de componentes eletro-ópticos que compreende uma estrutura óptica e uma estrutura elétrica sobre um dispositivo, compreendendo a formação de pelo menos duas estruturas de guia de onda óptica sobre um substrato, formando uma estrutura elétrica para cada estrutura óptica sobrte o substrato, cada uma compreendendo pelo menos um eletrodo de massa e um eletrodo de sinal, respectivamente associados com as estruturas de guia de onda óptica, analisando sucessivamente as características ópticas das estruturas eletro-ópticas constituídas pela junção das estruturas ópticas e das estruturas elétricas formadas de acordo com as etapas precedentes, e selecionando uma das estruturas eletro-ópticas que demonstra, mediante a dita análise, valores aperfeiçoados comparados com um limite predeterminado, a presente invenção refere-se também a componentes eletro-ópticos compreendendo estruturas eletro-ópticas independentes e simétricas.
