Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricacion de una preforma para un producto estructural, tal como una preforma para una tablilla estructural a partir de unmaterial (1) que comprende partículas más largas (L), y partículas más cortas (S) y posiblemente también partículas (F) más pequenas que éstas. Laspartículas son mezcladas con un agente ligante y posibles aditivos y luego pasados por lo menos dentro de una horma de preforma, desde la cual, laspartículas son traídas sobre una base (10).Las partículas más largas (L), son traídas sobre la base (10) para formar una primera capa de superficie, sobre lacual se trae por lo menos, una capa de partículas más pequenas (F,S) y sobre estas capas se trae, nuevamente, una capa de partículasmás largas (L) siendolas partículas mucho más pequenas (F) traídas sobre la base, de manera tal, que las mismas terminan principalmente, en por lo menos, una capa del medio (13,14)en el corte transversal de la preforma, mientras que la cantidad de partículas mucho más pequenas (F), disminuye hacia las capas de superficie, tal como seobserva en el corte transversal de la preforma. La invencion también se refiere a un aparato que implementa el procedimiento y a una preforma para un productoestructural.
