Abstract
Se describe una traba paaaara accidentes, en particular, para respaldos de asiento de automotores rebatibles, en la que el respaldo se puede trabar enforma removible por sus sectores laterales superiores libres, en las paredes laterales del vehículo, y que presenta a lo menos una varilla portante quesustenta el respaldo, sujetada al piso del vehículo mediante un caballete de apoyo o similar y girable articuladamente, junto con el respaldo, con respectoa dicho caballete de apoyo, donde lavarilla portante está apoyada giratoriamente en una palanca por medio de un primer eje de giro, y la palancaestá vinculada articuladamente con el caballete de apoyo mediante un segundo eje de giro. Se evita de modo sencillo y confiable un rebatimiento involuntariodel respaldo porque la palanca encastra en un tope sujetador y queda arrestada en su posicion de descanso, para un caso de accidente, en el caballete de apoyoestá previsto un tope para accidentes, por delante del cual puede pasar la varilla portante, junto con el respaldo, en su operacion normal, y el segundoeje de giro está dispuesto de modo que el primer eje de giro, en una rotacion de la palanca alrededor del segundo eje de giro, es desplazado hacia abajo,junto con la varilla portante, de modo que la varillaportante choque con el tope para accidentes.
