Abstract
Recubrimiento de vidrios planos con oxido de indio.Los recubrimientos de oxido de indio, opcionalmente dopado, por ejemplo con estano, se producen enrendimientos elevados utilizando un proceso de deposicion de vapor químico en donde una mezclag aseosa de un compuesto precursor de indio y una fuente deoxígeno se dirige sobre la superficie de vidrio caliente; el compuesto precursor de indio es preferentemente un compuesto de dialquil indio (que sepuede utilizar también sinpre-mezcla r pero con un suministro separado de la fuente de oxígeno a la superficie de vidrio). Del proceso de la invencionresultan especialmente convenientes para la aplicacion de un recubrimiento de oxido de indio dopado a una cinta devidrio continuo s obre la línea deproduccion sobre la cual se forma el vidrio, para uso, por ejemplo, en aplicaciones de vidriado arquitectonico utilizando la baja emisividad delrecubrimiento. La invencion también está relacionadaa con losvidrios r evestidos con dicho recubrimiento que contiene oxido de indio.
