Abstract

Se utiliza la electrodesionizacion para desmineralizar productos y derivados lecheros con resinas de intercambio de iones cationico y anionicodébil en lecho mezclado o con un resina cationica fuerte sola en los compartimentos ded ilucion y de concentracion si se trata de materias primasque no sean la leche más o menos concentrada. En el caso de la leche más o menos concentrada como materia prima, los compartimentos de dilucion se llenancon resinas de intercambio deiones cationico y anionico débil en lecho mezclado. El procedimiento permite una economía considerable de agua y deenergía sin la utilizacion de regenerantes químicos. También se propone la utilizacion de los productos obtenidos en lafabrica cion de productosalimenticios.
