Abstract

Se describen piridinderivados que tienen la formula (I), en donde el índice y los sustituyentes tienen el siguiente significado: X es ciano, nitro,halogeno, C1-C4-alquilo, C1-C4-halogenoalquilo, C1-C4-alcoxi, C1-C4- halogenoalcoxi y C1-C6-cicloalquilo; n es 0, 1, 2 o 3; donde los sustituyentesX pueden ser diferentes, si n es mayor a 1; Y es oxígeno o nitrogeno, donde el átomo de nitrogeno lleva un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo C1-C4-alquilo;R es C(CO2CH3)=CHCH3, C(CO2CH3)=CHOCH3,C(CO2CH3)-NOCH3, C(CONH2)=NOCH3, o bien C(CONHCH3)=NOCH3; R1 es hidrogeno, hidroxi, ciano, halogeno,C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-halogenoalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C1-C6-halogenoalcoxi, C1-C6-alquiltio, C3-C6-cicloalquilo, C3-C6-cicloalquil-C1-C4-alquilo, arilo,aril-C1-C4-alquilo, ariloxi-C1-C4-alquilo y aril-C1-C4-alcoxi, donde los anillos aromáticos pueden ser parcial o totalmente halogenados y/o llevar unohasta tres de los siguientes radicales: ciano, nitro, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6- halogenoalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C1-C6-halogenoalcoxi, y C(CH3)=N-A1-Ra; Ra esC1-C6-alquilo, A1 es oxígeno o nitrogeno, donde el átomo de nitrogeno lleva un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo C1-C4-alquilo; R2 es hidrogeno, ciano,alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y hetarilo; llegado el caso sustituidos, alcoxi, alqueniloxi, alquiniloxi, cicloalcoxi,heterocicliloxi, ariloxi y hetariloxi; llegado el caso sustituidos, ariltio y hetariltio; llegado el caso sustituidos,-Q-C(R3)=N-Y1-R4, o bien-Q-O-N=CR5R6, donde Q, Y1, R3, R4, R5 y R6 tienen los significados dados en la descripcion; R1 y R2 juntos con el átomo de carbono, al cual están unidos,un anillo de cuatro a ocho miembros, el cual además de átomos de carbono, puede contener uno o dos átomos de oxígeno y/o de azufre y/o grupos de NH y/o
