Abstract

Se fabrican productos congelados, eventualmente aereados, mediante un dispositivo que comprende dos tornillos sinfin, idéntico y paralelos que seengranan mutuamente y que giran en el mismo sentido, colocados en una carcasa provista en una desus extremidades con una hilera y en la otra de susextremidades con un medio para introducir la composición a ser congelada, y en una zona intermedia, medios para introducir el aire, siendo el dispositivo,enfriado térmicamente.
