Abstract

Un aparato y un procedimiento de aumento de potencia para agregar un flujo de masa de agua al fluido operante adquirido por el compresor de una turbinade gas industrial, y especialmente para agregar un flujo de masa de agua a un fluido operanteto talmente humidificado para reducir la masa térmica decompresión realizada por el compresor y obtener un aumento neto de la potencia producida por la turbina, en donde dicho aparato y procedimientopreferiblemente incluyen el uso de un dispositivode aspersión con por lo menos un tubo de aspersión para agua y por lo menos una boquilla de aspersiónde agua en donde dicho sistema es idealmente dispuesto a una distancia de la entrada del compresor. El flujo de masa de agua es agregadoprefer iblemente enincremento en incremento que corresponden a los tubos de aspersión para agua y boquillas asociadas. Se revela la operación de control del perfil detemperatura de las paletas de rotor enfriadas por fluido en la sección de turbinaco n un pirómetro óptico para detectar atascamiento en los pasajes deenfriamiento en las paletas del rotor a partir de impurezas en el agua agregada, control de la temperatura del fluido operante en la proximidad de laentrada de compresorde la turbina de gas para proteger contra la posible formación de hielo, un dispositivo de cálculo de deformación y la adiciónconcurrente de calor y humedad, preferentemente vapor, al fluido operante como un medio para extender la utilidaddel proc edimiento y aparato a unatemperatura inferior del aire ambiente.
