Abstract

Se describen parches medicinales para la administración transdérmica de la risperidona con liberación controlada a través de la piel intacta durante unperíodo de tiempo prolongado que comprenden:(a) un receptáculo de droga que comprenderisperid ona y un reforzador de la penetración dérmica para larisperidona en cantidades suficientes para administrar la risperidona a una velocidad terapéuticamente eficaz durante dicho período de tiempo prolongado, y(b) un soporte impermeable a ladroga; métodos para tratar pacientes con dichos parches; proceso para fabricar dichos parches. Se describen además un parchecon penetración controlada por membrana polimérica, un parche con control de difusión por matriz polimérica, un parchecontrolado en gradiente por matrizpolimérica, un parche con control de reparto por micro-receptáculos y el uso de la risperidona para la fabricación de un parche medicinal.
