Abstract
Un dispositivo de recuperación de aceite incluye una cabeza de evaporador y una base de evaporador, ambos de material térmicamente conductor y entre ellosdefinen una cámara evaporadora. Un elemento calefactor que se extiende en dirección sustancialmente vertical hacia arriba está dispuesto dentro de labase del evaporador para calentar el aceite que contiene contaminantes dentro de la cámara evaporadora, por conducción y convección, para evaporarcontaminantes livianos y líquidos (por ejemplo agua, combustible o anticongelantes) contenidos en el aceite. A partir de la cámara evaporadora seextiende una ventilación a través de la cabeza, y un conducto de descarga de aceite provee descarga por gravedad desde la cámara evaporadora y está formadoen la base. Un conducto de admisión de aceite alimenta aceite desde la cabeza hacia la cámara evaporadora, preferiblemente a través de una pluralidad depasajes distanciados en forma sustancialmente uniforme entre sí y que están formados en la cabeza y que se expanden hacia afuera a partir del conducto deadmisión de aceite hacia la cámara evaporadora para proveer el flujo del aceite en pequenas corrientes individuales distanciadas entre sí para impactar contrauna parte de un elemento de pared troncocónico sustancialmente anular que se extiende hacia arriba a partir de la base en dirección a la cabeza. Un filtrode aceite que tiene un diferencial de densidad entre un cartucho exterior y un mandril central interior está montado sobre la cabeza para eliminar partículasdel aceite antes de su refinación.
