Abstract

Se describe una cubierta neumática radial, que tiene un esqueleto no vulcanizado como un artículo intermedio de fabricación. El esqueleto tiene unatela y por lo menos dos componentes. Los componentes están seleccionados de uno o más de lostip os de componentes que consisten en una pared lateral, unapunta, un protector, un revestimiento, una tira de pared blanca, una tira de cobertura, y una tira de goma de resalto. La tela tiene un ancho (At) y un parde extremos, definiendo ladistanci a entre los extremos, la longitud (L) de la tela. La tela y los componentes están laminados entre sí y tienen extremoscomunes que están empalmados radialmente según una superficie substancialmente plana (P). El plano (P) atraviesa elartículo a tra vés de su ancho axialsubstancialmente paralelo a los cordones de la tela. El plano (P) está inclinado según un ángulo Ú, siendo Ú menor de 90°, preferentemente de 80° enrelación a un plano normal radial (PN) que pasa a travésde la tela y es tá dispuesto paralelamente a los cordones y perpendicularmente a los cordones yperpendicularmente a la tela.
