Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant pour la préparation d'une boisson sous la pression d'un fluide, lequel contenant comprend une coupelle ayant un fond concave présentant des moyens d'ouverture et pourvu d'une vanne réversible située à une certaine distance au dessus du fond concave et sous le produit solide contenu dans la coupelle, laquelle vanne réversible permet le passage du fluide utilisé pour la préparation de la boisson vers le fond de la coupelle uniquement lorsque la pression exercée par ledit fluide en amont de la vanne est supérieure à une valeur limite prédéterminée, le fluide pouvant sortir vers l'extérieur du contenant uniquement si les moyens d'ouverture ont été manipulés préalablement pour ouvrir la coupelle par le fond.
