The cap B is formed with one or more flanges C on the outside of its circumference and also with a projection D opposite each flange and against which projection D is screwed to the set screw E working in the open band A, which tightens and holds the cap B in its place.
The under or front side of the projection D against which the set screw E presses is made beveling and the screw point tapering for the purpose of preventing the slip and allowing it being held firmly in its place.
lVhat I claim is my invention and desire to secure to me by Letters Patent is- The combination of the flange C and projection D on the leaf B and the set screw E in the open band A or their equivalent for the purposes heretofore set forth.
