Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la o metodă de fertilizare in vitro cu întârzierea transferului embrionar şi utilizarea celulelor mononucleare din sângele periferic.Conform invenţiei, embrionul se implantează în uterul pacientei la cel puţin două luni, preferenţial pe parcursul a 3…12 luni, după extragerea ovulelor de la pacientă, cu scopul de a reduce efectul respingerii embrionului de către sistemul autoimunitar al pacientei şi de a creşte probabilitatea şi succesul sarcinii, totodată, înainte de implantarea embrionului, endometrul uterului este pregătit prin introducerea în uter a celulelor mononucleare din sângele periferic (PBMCs). De asemenea, metoda este combinată cu tehnici de crioprezervare, pentru păstrarea ovocitelor sau a embrionilor obţinuţi prin fertilizarea in vitro a pacientelor.
