Claims (8)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이것의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염:
    상기식에서, R은 수소; 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C1-C7아실, 특히 아세틸, 프로파노일, 부타노일, 이소부타노일; 디카르복실산의 헤미아실, 특히 헤미숙시노일; 저급알킬, 특히 메틸 및 에틸이고, R1은 수소; C1-C20직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 특히 메틸, 에틸, 이소부틸, 옥틸, 옥타데실; 또는 다음 유형의 알킬에테르;
    (식중 n 및 n1은 0 내지 6의 수이고 R2는 저급알킬이다), 또는 다음 유형의 알킬 디에테르:
    (식중 n 및 n1은 1 내지 6의 수이고, n2은 0 내지 6의 수이다); 또는 특히 디메틸아미노에틸과 같은 다음유형의 알킬아민:

  2. 출발물질로서 2,5-디아세톡시-3,4,6-트리메틸페닐아세트 알데히드를 사용하여 이것을 디옥산중에서 카르보에톡시 메틸렌트리페닐포스포란과 반응시켜 에틸트랜스-4-(2,5-디아세톡시-3,4,6-트리메틸페닐)-2-부타노에이트를 얻고 이것을 KOH 및 하이포아염소산 나트륨과 같은 알칼리성 수산화물의 용액으로 처리하여 (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산(R=R1=H인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물)을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성도해에 따라 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  3. 산 무수물 및 유기염기에 의하여 (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산을 아실화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, R이 아실이고 R1이 수소인 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  4. 디아조메탄 또는 디아조에탄에 의하여 (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산을 에스테르화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, R이 수소이고 R1이 메틸 또는 에틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  5. 벤젠, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌과 같은 불활성 용매중에서 제3항의 화합물을 옥사릴할라이드로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산의 할라드의 제조방법.
  6. 피리딘 또는 트리에틸아민과 같은 산 수용체의 존재하에 테트라히드로푸란, 디에틸 에테르 또는 디옥산과 같은 불활성 용매 중에서 제5항의 산 할라이드를 R1OH(여기서, R1은 제1항에 기재된 의미를 가짐)로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산의 에스테르의 제조방법.
  7. 탄산나트륨이나 탄산칼륨과 같은 산 수용체의 존재하에 아세톤과 같은 불활성 용매중에서 제4항의 메틸 또는 에틸 에스테르를 알킬 할라이드로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (RS)-2-(2,3-디히드로-5-히드록시-4,6,7-트리메틸벤조푸라닐)아세트산의 메틸 및 에틸에스테르(R이 알킬이고 R1이 메틸 또는 에틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물)의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항의 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항염증성(라디칼 스캐빈져), 점액용해 및 점액조절 활성을 갖는 약제 조성물.
