Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、特許請求の範囲第１項の上位に示す特徴を
有する装置に関する。
記録媒体上の情報を早く検索するいくつかの可能性は、
既に公知である。これ等の可能性の内多くのものは、記
録するときに、記録媒体の所定の領域に一定の識別用臼
、例えば時間のマーカーを提供することにある。これ等
の時間マーカーを数えるとき、所定の情報部分を早く指
定するために使用できる局所的な情報が得られる。利用
者が装置側にある記憶器の操作要素を操作し、必要に応
じてこの局所的な情報を収納できる。前記操作要素は、
公知のテープ記憶装置では（米国特許第３，９８８，７
７８号公報参照）、一つの磁気テープを指定する局部情
報を記憶するために設計されている。所定の情報部分を
再現する必要があるなら、関連する局所的な情報を記憶
器から調べ出し、そのテープは、所望の部分を早い検索
モードで取シ出すことになる。
この早い検索モードでは、テープを装着状態にしておく
必要がある。何故ならば、テープに付けたタイムマーカ
ーを実際の局所情報を決定するために数えなくてはなら
ないからである。
更に、ヨーロッパ特許第２９９４６号及び米国時シ出す
ときには、記憶した局所情報を磁気テープの記憶個所以
外のところ（例えば、最初のところ又は最後の所）に移
すこと、及びこの磁気テープを再使用するとき、局所的
情報を装置側の記憶器に再挿入することが知られている
。
ヨーロッハ特許第１６９５９７号公報ハ、コンパクトデ
イスクデジタルオーデオブレヤーを開示している。この
公知の装置では、１個の記憶器があり、この記憶器中で
いくつかの優先的なテープ領域に関して局所的で時間の
情報以外の情報も記憶しである。この情報は、挿入した
ＣＤの記憶を識別することができる。この識別と優先的
なテープ領域の早い位置決めは、記憶しである情報をデ
ジタルオーディオ情報中にサブコード（補助コード）と
して入れである情報と比較して行われる。
更に、レコーデングの間に手動で演奏中の中味のリスト
を巻き戻し、再生の間に所望の信号させることも既に公
知である。
この発明は、その目的に対して、特許請求の範囲第１項
の上位部に述べた種類の装置を以下のように改良するこ
とにある。即ち、優先的なビデオ信号領域を早く位置決
めすることを、必要とする演奏時間内容のリストを手動
で巻き戻さなくて可能にし、カセットを交換したときで
も、優先的なビデオ信号部分を早く位置決めできるよう
にすることにある。
この目的は、特許請求の範囲第１項の特徴部分に示した
構成によって達成される。他の有利な構成は、従属する
特許請求項から知ることができる。
この発明の利点は、特に次のことにある。即ち、所望の
ビデオ信号部分の位置決めに対して、早い巻き戻しモー
ドを、必要とする録画の間に手動で巻き戻す正確な演奏
時間なしで使用できることにある。特に、国内のビデオ
レコーダーでの個人的なレコーディングの場合、このこ
とは有利である。更に、演奏時間に対して固有な情報を
記憶するため、カセットを交換した時にもビデオ信号部
分に実質上おくれなしに達することは、多数の磁気テー
プカセット（例えば、２０個、３０個又は５０個）で可
能である。この発明による装置の他の利点は、以下の実
例の記載から分る。
連続した千日間で、一定のテレビ放送（例えば、ニュー
ス）は、その日の同じ時間、ビデオテープレコーダーに
よって磁気記録する必要がある。このために、磁気テー
プカセットが主として識別テジット又は識別数（例えば
「１旧）が準備してあシ、このカセットをビデオレコー
ダーに挿入する。このカセットを挿入した後、ビデオレ
コーダーの記憶器の一定の収納個所が、ビデオレコーダ
ーの十進キーボードによって挿入した磁気テープカセッ
トに対して指定される。
次いで、レコーダは、公知の方法で、前記した１０日間
の所望の時刻で開閉するようにプログラムされる。
記録しようとする第１放送が始まった瞬間、テープを送
るモータがテープを動かす。同時に、レコーディングの
始動する瞬間（レコードの初めでテープが始まった後の
演奏時間）は、公知の方法で記憶され、自動的に前記し
た記憶個所に収納される。マイクロプロセッサは、この
記録始動瞬間に対して順序数又は順序番号（例えば、「
１」）を指定する。
記憶しだい第１の放送が終了したら、又は記憶したい第
１放送の記憶停止瞬間に達したら、テープ送りモータは
再’ｂ−，−−プを停める。同時に、記録すべき第１放
送の記録停止の瞬間（＝テープの初めから経過した記録
の終りでの演奏時間）は、公知の方法で記録され、自動
的に前記した記憶領域内の他の記憶個所に収納される。
同じ方法で、記録したい残りの９つの放送の記録開始及
び記録停止の瞬間が、前記した記憶個所に連続して自動
的に収納され、マイクロプロセッサは連続した順序数（
２〜１０）を記録始動瞬間に割当てる。
磁気テープカセットをビデオテープレコーダーから外し
た後にも、前記した記憶個所に収納した演奏情報は保持
され、使用者は、−公知の装置とは対称的に一手動で巻
き上げる演奏時間内容リストを時間に合わせる必要はな
いが、レコーディングした放送又はタイトルを厳密に調
べる必要がある。これは今日子めレコーディングした市
販されているオーデオカセットで使用されているものと
同じである。
レコーデングした放送又はタイトルに関して調べること
は、手動で行われるか、又はレコーデングの間に実際の
放送と平行して伝道される付随する情報から捜し出すこ
とができ、ビデオレコーダーに取付けたプリンタを介し
て供給される。
カセット１０上に記憶した所定の放送の早い検索は、次
の方法で行われる。即ち、カセットをビデオレコーダー
に入れる。十進キーボードで、記憶器の関連する記憶領
域（記憶領域１０）を選択する。次いで、所望の放送の
順序数（例えば、「５」）を送るーこのときも十進キー
ボードで−１そして巻き取シキー（例えば、再生キー）
を押す。その結果、テープは、早い巻き戻しモードで、
即ち、非装着状態にして５番目のレコードした放送の初
めに対応するテープ領域に巻き戻される（この場合はそ
の前の短かい距離のテープの領域になる）。この記憶器
は、演奏時間に対して固有なデータを供給する。次いで
、この装置は、早い巻き戻しモードで得られた所望のテ
ープ領域に達した後、動作の検索モードで再生に自動的
に切換えられる。同じように、スローモーションキーも
巻き取シキーとして選択できる。
このようにし、複数のカセットから成るカセットマガジ
ンを挿入することができる。カセット上にレコードした
放送の演奏時間に対して固有なデータが収納されている
ビデオレコーダーの記憶器の所定の記憶領域が、各カセ
ットに指骨が供給されていて、　　　　′″′

ープ領域は、早い巻き戻しモードで遅れなしに達成され
る。
所定の記憶領域をその都度挿入した磁気テープカセット
に指定することは、操作キーボードで決ずしも行うべき
ではない。磁気テープカセットを、カセットで異なる、
任意の識別の助けにより、例えば、バーコード接着テー
プを使用して、自動的に識別されることは想像できる。
更に、すでに占有されていた収納個所を新に占めること
もできる。このことは、例えば、前にレコードしたカセ
ットを新しい情報とともに提供すべきならば、又は新し
いカセットがカセットマガジンにあるカセットを取り換
えるなら、重要である。
この発明の他の有利な具体例は、レコード始動瞬間が、
自動的に収納されるのではなく、他の瞬間を操作キーボ
ードのキーによって収納することにある。このようにし
て、例えば、音楽放送の個々の歌を始める瞬間を収納で
き、再生期間に、早い巻き戻しモードで直接達成できる
。
更に、ビデオ信号部分の記憶しである開始及び停止瞬間
を収納する代りに、ビデオ信号部分に固有な識別が収納
できる。送信器によって提供されたＶＰＳ識別は、例え
ば記憶しようとする放送の中で使用される。逆に、テレ
ビカメラで捉えた光景が記憶される必要があるなら、適
描な識別は、手動で供給した明白なテキストになる。
この発明によシ他の有利な構成は、記憶内容が内容リス
トの形にして、表示面、例えば接続しであるテレビ受像
機の画面上に表示されることにある。この画面から、例
えば、カーソルによって所定のビデオ信号部分又は所定
のシーンを選択でき、上記の方法で得ることができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）操作キーボードと、比較器と、マイクロプロセッサ
    と、磁気テープ上のビデオ信号部分の局部的な位置に関
    する情報を収納する記憶器から成り、所望のビデオ信号
    部分を検索するため、所望の信号部分を特徴付ける公称
    情報を操作キーボードで供給し、テープを送つていると
    き比較器中で瞬時テープ位置に対応する実際の情報と比
    較している、磁気テープ上のビデオ信号部分を記録し、
    早く検索する装置において、 記憶器は、少なくとも２個の磁気テープカセット中の磁
    気テープ上にビデオ信号部分の局部的な位置に関する情
    報を収納するためにあり、 記憶器の所定の収納領域は、装置中に挿入されている対
    応する磁気テープカセットに指定され、 記録中にビデオ信号部分の局部位置に関する情報を自動
    的に挿入したカセットに対応する収納領域に収納し、 所望のビデオ信号部分を検索するため、早い巻き戻しモ
    ードで磁気テープを送ることを特徴とする装置。 ２）ビデオ信号部分の局所位置に関する情報は、記録開
    始瞬間であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記
    載の装置。 ３）ビデオ信号部分の局所位置に関する情報は、記録開
    始と停止瞬間であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    １項記載の装置。 ４）ビデオ信号部分の局所位置に関する情報は、ビデオ
    信号部分に対して固有な識別であることを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ５）ビデオ信号部分に対して固有な識別は、送信器で提
    供された情報であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    ４項記載の装置。 ６）ビデオ信号部分に対して固有な識別は、手動で供給
    されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第４項記載の装
    置。 ７）収納領域の指定は、操作キーボードによつて行われ
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１〜６項のいずれ
    か１項に記載の装置。 ８）指定は可変できることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第７項記載の装置。 ９）順序数は、ビデオ信号部分の局所位置に関する記憶
    した情報に対して指定されることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第１〜８項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 １０）ビデオ信号部分の局所位置に関する情報だけでな
    く、各ビデオ信号部分内の任意のシーンの局所位置に関
    する情報も手動で収納されることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第１〜９項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 １１）メモリの内容は、表示面上に内容リストの形にし
    て表示されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１〜１
    ０項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 １２）表示しようとするビデオ信号部分は、オプティカ
    ルマーカーで選択できることを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第１１項記載の装置。
