Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, in Haltemagnettechnik angesteuerte Schlösser in der Herstellung zu vereinfachen und zugleich ihre Zuverlässigkeit zu erhöhen.
Es ist weiterhin Aufgabe der Erfindung, Gehäuse, Riegel und Magnetmechanik so auszubilden, daß je nach Aufgabenstellung als zweiter Verschluß ein Zuhaltungsschloß oder ein Schließzylinder in das Gehäuse eingesetzt werden kann. Auch soll eine Variante möglich sein, in der ausschließlich elektrisch angesteuert und der Riegel durch einen Drehknopf bewegt wird.
Erfindungsgemäß dient als Sperrvorrichtung ein Querschieber, der gegen die Kraft einer Feder ausgelenkt wird, wobei ein Ende des Steuerhebels auf dem Querschieber gelagert ist und ein Steuerdorn des Riegels an einer Steuerschräge des Steuerhebels angreift.
In der bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind der Querschieber, der Steuerhebel und der Elektromagnet am Boden des kastenförmigen Gehäuses gelagert. Darüber liegt der Riegel, auf den entweder ein Zuhaltungspaket oder ein Schließzylinder aufgesetzt wird. Beim lediglich elektrisch gesteuerten Schloß wird eine Handhabe mit Halm und Doppelbart eingesetzt. Für diese drei Ausführungsformen benötigt man lediglich zwei verschiedene Schloßdecken, nämlich eine mit Doppelbartschlüsselloch und eine mit vorgeformter Mulde für den Schließzylinder.

Wenn die Tür zugedrückt wird, weicht die Falle 15 nach rechts aus und verschiebt einen am Gehäuseboden gelagerten Sperrquader 16, der über eine Steuerkante 16a den Riegel 2 freigibt.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine Variante mit nur einem Verschlußsystem. Bei Schließfachanlagen in, Freizeitbereich oder sonstigen, nicht überwachten Anlagen verzichtet man aus Kostengründen auf einen mechanischen Verschluß und steuert die Öffnung über eine Eingabetastatur oder eine Codekarte.
Die Decke 14 entspricht der von Fig. 4 An die Stelle des Doppelbartschlüssels tritt eine Handhabe 20 mit einem Halm 21 und Doppelbart 21a.
Eine Schenkelfeder 22 stabilisiert die Lage der Teile.
Alle anderen Bauteile können vormontiert gelagert werden, so daß man in kürzester Frist eine beliebige Stückzahl der gewünschten Schloßversion komplettieren kann.

Die Stromzufuhr erfolgt dann über Kontaktfedern in der Zarge des Schrankes. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß kein störanfälliges Freigabekabel von der Tür zur Zarge geführt werden muß.

Fig. 10c zeigt den Steuerhebel perspektivisch von oben, Fig. 10d von unten. Man erkennt daß unter dem Haken 5d ein Schlitz 5e vorgesehen ist, der die elastische Verformbarkeit des Hakens 5d gewährleistet. Das Teil 5 wird aus einem schlagzähen Thermoplast gespritzt, so daß es sehr genau und preiswert herzustellen ist. Ohne Anwendung eines Federringes oder dergl. ist der Anker 4 leicht montiert und sicher gehalten.

Das beschriebene Wertfachschloß ist bestens geeignet, in Wertfachanlagen bei Banken. Hotels und Freizeiteinrichtungen vielseitig eingesetzt zu werden.
Mit drei Grundvarianten und der Bestromung über den Riegelkopf oder ein Gehäusekabel erhält man bei einem Minimum an Werkzeugen sechs verschiedene Endprodukte so daß man bei kleinster Lagerhaltung sehr schnell auf verschiedene Kundenwunsche eingehen kann.
Wenn man die Option eines Mikroschalters als Abhebekontakt mit einbezieht, erhält man mit wenigen Grundbausteinen zwölf verschiedene Schloßtypen.
Für den Fertigungsablauf und die Lagerhaltung ist es wichtig, daß der Schlüsselführungsdorn nicht eingegossen oder sofort in das Gehäuse eingesetzt wird, weil er ja für die Varianten nach Fig. 5, 6 und 9 nicht benötigt wird. Dieser Dorn wird vielmehr erst bei der Endmontage der Varianten nach Fig. 4 und 7 eingepreßt.

Claims (9)

Elektrisch ansteuerbares Wertfachschloß mit einem Gehäuse, einem in diesen, Gehäuse gelagerten Riegel, einem ortsfesten Elektromagneten und einem mit einen, Magnetanker versehenen Steuerhebel, der durch einen Dorn des Riegels ausgelenkt wird und der eine Sperrvorrichtung beeinflußt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sperrvorrichtung ein Querschieber (6) dient, der gegen die Kraft einer Feder ausgelenkt wird, daß ein Ende des Steuerhebels (5) auf dem Querschieber (6) gelagert ist und daß ein Steuerdorn (2a) des Riegels (2) an einer Steuerschräge (5b) des Steuerhebels (5) angreift.
