Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock, in particular for a locking system, with in a mounted state in the inside of a door of a locker or the like fixed housing displaceable by a door projecting outwardly rotating handle latch.
- Such locks have been known in the market for many years.
- the rotary handle is a key for a lock cylinder.
- the closing of the door of the locker is only possible when the door is open in the inside of the same attached lock a corresponding coin is thrown. After closing the door can then be preconnected by means of the rotary handle representing key of the bolt.
- the rotary handle representing key is then deducted and accompanies the user, for example, when visiting a bathhouse.
- a lock with a forward and backable lock is previously known. It is a mortise lock with a nut. In this nut, an arm of an L-shaped handle handle can be inserted. In the transverse to the axis of rotation of the handle handle grip portion sits a detector which may be formed as a piezoelectric cell. The castle has an antenna. The handle can be part of this antenna. The antenna cooperates with a transponder to release a locking aid.
- the invention has for its object to make a generic lock easy to use and tamper-proof.
- the rotary handle is assigned to a bearing sleeve. This passes through a hole in the door.
- the antenna is arranged at the rear of a substantially circular end face of the rotary handle. against this end face of the transponder can be placed under the exertion of pressure to activate an electronic interrogator for detecting the locking authorization.
- the latter is activated by the pressure-sensitive switch accommodated in the rotary handle, so that a transponder cooperating with the handle can be removed by means of an antenna incorporated after the locking authorization. If this is the case, then the electrical control of the locking auxiliary element to release the closing operation.
- transponders and electronic Collaborate interrogator in such a way that each lock and each individual closure element performing transponder each have a lock identity code memory and / or a key code memory and each lock only by means of such a single closing element or transponder is closed, if lock identity code and / or key code each other correspond.
- the key code memory of the lock and / or the lock identity code memory of the transponder are erasable and writable memory such that at a first operation, the lock identity code of the lock in the lock identity code memory of the single closing element and / or the key code of the single closing element in the key code memory the castle is written. It can therefore be unlocked only using that transponder of the lock, which has also brought about the lock.
- the Key code memory of the lock is deleted in a second operation.
- the lock is brought into a ready position, so that a subsequent visitor with another transponder can close the lock and occupy the locker.
- each transponder is assigned to a single lock the locking system. Transponder and associated lock then carry the same numbers.
- the auxiliary locking element controls a tumbler from a lockable the remindklever Kunststoffung lockable position in a releasable position.
- the auxiliary locking element is displaceable by an electromagnet from a first position not enabling a door lock into a second position enabling a door lock.
- a compelling entrainment of the bolt for the rotary handle is realized in a simple manner that the rotary handle is coupled via a crank pin to the bolt. This looks in detail so that the latch is held according to a dead center position of the crank pin. On the latch attacking return forces are therefore passed through the crank pin in the lock housing, so that high return forces are absorbed without damage.
- end positions of the locking auxiliary element are characterized in that the bolt when brought into the second position locking auxiliary element by snapping the tumbler in a latch-side Zuroissrastaussparung in the provisional position is held. This takes place via the dead center crossing transmission spring. It may be provided that the armature of the electromagnet is held in each of its end positions due to dead center displacement of the transmission spring.
- the electromagnet is a self-holding magnet, which is held in one position by permanent magnet forces and in the other position via an armature compression spring. For the electromagnet, therefore, an energy shock is necessary only for the displacement of the armature in one direction or the other, so that a castle, for example, incorporated energy storage in the form of batteries is spared.
- the locking extension of the tumbler entering the tumbler latching recess is arranged in the center of the lock.
- an advantageous feature is still to provide a arranged in the rotary handle, in particular multi-colored LED for status display in transponder operation. If the LED lights up green, this indicates that the lock is properly locked or unlocked. The color red indicates if there is an error, for example, a wrong transponder is used in a closing attempt. A mixed color of the LED indicates when, for example, the batteries are no longer sufficiently charged, so that the staff is instructed to make a battery change.
- the designated as a whole with the number 1 lock is part of a non-illustrated locking system, such as a bathhouse.
- the doors of the lockers are equipped with such locks.
- the lock 1 has a box-like lock housing 3.
- a Sch disciplinedekke not shown overlaps the Sch constitutioneinstede.
- From the lock bottom 4 of the lock housing 3 springs a guide pin 5, which passes through a longitudinal slot 6 of a bolt 7. Its bolt head 8 is guided in a locking recess 9 of a side wall of the lock housing 3.
- the aforementioned longitudinal slot 6 is located in itself This is a carrier of a pin projection 11, which engages the one end of a designed as a tension spring return spring 12. The other end is fixed to a lock bottom side pin 13.
- the latch 7 is always loaded in the release direction.
- a rotary handle 14 which is associated with a connected to the unillustrated lock cover bearing sleeve 15. This passes through a hole in the locker door 2.
- the rotary handle 14 is in coupling connection with a crank pin 16, which in turn passes through a transversely to the direction of displacement of the bolt 7 transverse slot 17 thereof.
- the handle 14 then includes a schematically illustrated antenna 18 for querying the locking authorization of a transponder 19.
- a transponder 19 There is a coin-like configuration of the transponder 19 before. For example, this can be assigned to a bracelet to keep the transponder 19 during the visit of the bathhouse on the body of a person.
- a key element in card form instead of a coin-type transponder 19. Again, it is possible to hold the card-shaped key element by means of a bracelet. It also makes sense to integrate the transponder in a watch provided with a bracelet under realization of a multiple function.
- the handle 14 receives a pressure-sensitive switch 20 which activates a corresponding below an interlock located below the bolt 7 in the lock housing 3 electronic interrogator.
- This is in electrical conduction with a likewise arranged below the bolt 7 electromagnet 22, the rod-shaped armature 23 is moved forward and founded smallerbar.
- a transverse pin 24 of the protruding end of the armature 23 passes through a directed transversely to the direction of displacement of the armature 23 slot 25 of a one-armed locking auxiliary element 26.
- For end-side storage thereof is a lock housing side pivot pin 27.
- the free end of the locking auxiliary element 26 is equipped with a support pin 28 to which one end 29 of a torsion spring designed as a transmission spring 30 is fixed.
- the other end 31 of the transmission spring 30 comprises a support pin 32 of a likewise one-armed designed tumbler 33. These also is mounted around the pivot pin 27. At its upper edge facing the latch 7, the tumbler 33 forms a locking extension 34 for cooperation with a latch-side tumbler recess 35. When the armature 23 is moved outward, the locking auxiliary element 26 is taken along accordingly. By the transmission spring 30, the tumbler 33 is pivoted in the downward direction and held in this in a stop position in which the barrier extension 34 is beyond the displacement path of the tumbler locking recess 35 of the bolt 7, see. Fig. 1 and 4.
- the electronic interrogator 21 and the electromagnet 22 are fed by batteries accommodated in a battery compartment 36, not shown, which Battery compartment 36 on the outside of the lock bottom 4 emanates from this.
- the locking of a previously occupied locker therefore requires an activation of the electronic interrogator 21 by the rotary handle 14 associated switch 20. This is done by pressing the rotary handle 14.
- the rotary handle 14 supplied transponder 19 is subsequently queried with the inclusion of the antenna 18 to its locking authorization , If this is given, the electrical control of the electromagnet 22 takes place, which pulls the armature 23 inwardly and thereby entrains the auxiliary locking element 26 in the clockwise direction.
- the transmission spring 30 reaches a dead center position illustrated in FIG. 5, which is predetermined by the dead center line TT. In this, the ends 29, 31 of the transmission spring 30 have the smallest distance from each other.
- the transmission spring 30 loads the tumbler 33 counterclockwise in such a way that it strikes against the underside of the bolt tail 10 with its locking extension 34. Now, the latch 7 via the rotary handle 14 and the crank pin 16 precluded so snaps the tumbler 33 in the final phase ofoutheasternlvorsch adoptedverlagerung in the region of the tumbler detent recess 35 and blocks the Riegel Wegsch adoptedverlagerung. In this regulatory closing of the bolt, the LED lights up in green for the purpose of status indication.
- the electromagnet 22 With respect to the electromagnet 22 is a self-holding magnet, which is held in the locking position by permanent magnet forces and in the other position, ie release position, via an anchor pressure spring. Electrical energy is therefore only required for changing the armature position, which contributes to the protection of the batteries.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lock, in particular for a locking system, with in a mounted state in the inside of a door of a locker or the like fixed housing displaceable by a door projecting outwardly rotating handle latch.
Such locks have been known in the market for many years. With regard to the rotary handle is a key for a lock cylinder. The closing of the door of the locker is only possible when the door is open in the inside of the same attached lock a corresponding coin is thrown. After closing the door can then be preconnected by means of the rotary handle representing key of the bolt. The rotary handle representing key is then deducted and accompanies the user, for example, when visiting a bathhouse.
From
The invention has for its object to make a generic lock easy to use and tamper-proof.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims. The rotary handle is assigned to a bearing sleeve. This passes through a hole in the door. The antenna is arranged at the rear of a substantially circular end face of the rotary handle. Against this end face of the transponder can be placed under the exertion of pressure to activate an electronic interrogator for detecting the locking authorization. The latter is activated by the pressure-sensitive switch accommodated in the rotary handle, so that a transponder cooperating with the handle can be removed by means of an antenna incorporated after the locking authorization. If this is the case, then the electrical control of the locking auxiliary element to release the closing operation. For example, transponders and electronic Collaborate interrogator in such a way that each lock and each individual closure element performing transponder each have a lock identity code memory and / or a key code memory and each lock only by means of such a single closing element or transponder is closed, if lock identity code and / or key code each other correspond. The key code memory of the lock and / or the lock identity code memory of the transponder are erasable and writable memory such that at a first operation, the lock identity code of the lock in the lock identity code memory of the single closing element and / or the key code of the single closing element in the key code memory the castle is written. It can therefore be unlocked only using that transponder of the lock, which has also brought about the lock. Preferably, it can be provided that the Key code memory of the lock is deleted in a second operation. As a result, the lock is brought into a ready position, so that a subsequent visitor with another transponder can close the lock and occupy the locker. However, it can also be provided that each transponder is assigned to a single lock the locking system. Transponder and associated lock then carry the same numbers. To solve the invention task also contributes to the fact that the auxiliary locking element controls a tumbler from a lockable the Rückkleverliebung lockable position in a releasable position. For this purpose, the auxiliary locking element is displaceable by an electromagnet from a first position not enabling a door lock into a second position enabling a door lock. In detail, this looks so that the control is done via a dead center shift of a transmission spring. It is further provided that the bolt against spring tension of a return spring is vorschließbar. This facilitates the closing of the latch after previous polling of the transponder for its locking authorization. A compelling entrainment of the bolt for the rotary handle is realized in a simple manner that the rotary handle is coupled via a crank pin to the bolt. This looks in detail so that the latch is held according to a dead center position of the crank pin. On the latch attacking return forces are therefore passed through the crank pin in the lock housing, so that high return forces are absorbed without damage. Defined end positions of the locking auxiliary element are characterized in that the bolt when brought into the second position locking auxiliary element by snapping the tumbler in a latch-side Zuhaltungsrastaussparung in the provisional position is held. This takes place via the dead center crossing transmission spring. It may be provided that the armature of the electromagnet is held in each of its end positions due to dead center displacement of the transmission spring. An alternative is characterized in that the electromagnet is a self-holding magnet, which is held in one position by permanent magnet forces and in the other position via an armature compression spring. For the electromagnet, therefore, an energy shock is necessary only for the displacement of the armature in one direction or the other, so that a castle, for example, incorporated energy storage in the form of batteries is spared. In order to change the lock from left to right, it is possible to turn the bolt. For this to be realized, the locking extension of the tumbler entering the tumbler latching recess is arranged in the center of the lock. Finally, an advantageous feature is still to provide a arranged in the rotary handle, in particular multi-colored LED for status display in transponder operation.

The
Alternatively, it is possible to form a key element in card form instead of a coin-
Fig. 1 und 4.In its interior, the
The
Although it is possible without the use of a
The locking of a previously occupied locker therefore requires an activation of the
It is now not possible without the associated
The closing back of the
If the light-emitting diode lights up in a mixed color, this informs the supervisory staff that the state of charge of the batteries of the respective lock is insufficient. It is then necessary to replace the used batteries with new ones.
With respect to the
