a setting information acquisition unit that acquires information of an application installed in a terminal when an access is received from the terminal of a facility that has not been initially registered; and
and an initial setting support unit that estimates the industry of the facility based on the acquired information of the application program, and provides the terminal with an option of an initial setting item set in advance for each industry as an option of the initial setting item.
9. A sequence management system for managing a sequence wait in a facility, the sequence management system comprising:
a terminal provided at each facility; and
a sequence management server that manages a state of sequence waiting in each facility based on information transmitted from a terminal of each facility,
the order management server is provided with:
a setting information acquisition unit that acquires setting information of an operating system of a terminal when receiving an access from the terminal of a facility that has not initially registered; and
and an initial setting support unit that estimates a type of a printer that can be used in the facility based on the acquired setting information of the operating system, and provides the estimated type of the printer to the terminal as an option of the printer used in the order management system.
10. The order management system according to claim 8,
the setting information acquisition unit acquires a browsing history of a browser installed in a terminal and position information of the terminal when receiving an access from the terminal of a facility not initially registered,
the initial setting support unit estimates an industry of the facility based on information of an application installed in the terminal, browsing history of a browser installed in the terminal, and location information of the terminal, and when a plurality of industries match, selects one industry based on a total of points to which the information of the application, the browsing history of the browser, and the location information of the terminal are assigned, and provides an initial setting item corresponding to the selected industry as the option.
11. A sequence management device for managing sequence waiting in a facility, the sequence management device comprising:
a sequence waiting status management unit that manages a sequence waiting status in each facility based on information transmitted from a terminal of each facility;
a setting information acquisition unit that acquires setting information from a terminal of a facility that has not been initially registered when the terminal receives an access; and
and an initial setting support unit that determines an option of an initial setting item for the terminal based on the acquired setting information.
12. A program for causing a computer that manages the order waiting in a facility to function as an order waiting state management unit, a setting information acquisition unit, and an initial setting support unit, wherein,
the sequential waiting status management unit manages the status of sequential waiting in each facility based on information transmitted from the terminal of each facility,
the setting information acquisition unit acquires setting information from a terminal of a facility that has not been initially registered when the terminal receives an access,
the initial setting support unit determines an option of an initial setting item for the terminal based on the acquired setting information.
