     順番待ちを登録した登録者が所持する端末の、待ち時間の間の複数の時点における位置情報を取得する端末位置情報取得部と、
     取得した前記複数の時点における位置情報の履歴に基づいて、当該登録者が待ち時間の間に最も長く滞在したエリアを特定する滞在エリア特定部と、
     前記最も長く滞在したエリアと、前記推奨滞在エリア記憶部に保持された、当該登録者の順番待ちの登録を受け付けた前記施設内のエリアと、登録時に推定された待ち時間に対応する推奨滞在エリアが一致しているかどうかを判定する判定部と、を備えた順番管理システム。
