Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj za oblaganje metalnih sipki (1), posebno celicne trake, potapanjem u rastopljen metal, u kome se metalna sipka (1) moze provoditi vertikalno kroz posudu (3), koja sadrzi rastopljeni metal za oblaganje (2), i kroz jedan prethodno ukljucen kanal za vodjenje (4), pri cemu je na podrucju kanala za vodjenje (4) postavljen jedan elektromagnetni indikator (5) koji,, radi zadrzavanja metala za oblaganje (2) u posudi (3), pomocu elektromagnetnog putujuceg polja u metalu za oblaganje (2) moze da indukuje indukcione struje koje u uzajamnom dejstvu sa elektromagnetnim putujucim poljem proizvode elektromagnetnu silu, pri cemu induktor (5) ima najmanje dva glavna namotaja (6) koji su rasporedjeni jedan za drugim u pravcu kretanja (X) metalne sipke (1), kao i najmanje dva korekciona namotaja (7) za regulisanje polozaja metalne sipke (1) u kanalu za vodjenje (4) u pravcu (N) normalnom u odnosu na povrsinu metalne sipke (1), koji su takodje rasporedjeni jedan za drugim u pravcu kretanja (X) metalne sipke (1). Radi poboljsanja efikasnosti regulacije metalne trake u kanalu za vodjenje prema pronalasku je predvidjeno da je najmanje jedan deo korekcionih namotaja (7), posmatrano u pravcu kretanja (X) metalne sipke (1), medjusobno pomeren, i rasporedjen vertikalno na pravac kretanja (X) i vertikalno na pravac (N) normalan u odnosu na povrsinu metalne sipke (1).
