Abstract
Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na probojno zrno namenjeno za vatreno oruzje koje se upotrebljava za eliminisanje zive sile protivnika opremljene sa licnom zastitom u vidu pancira. Namena ovog pronalaska, koji se takodje odnosi i na postupak za proizvodnju ovog zrna, je povecanje probojne moci pomenutog zrna. Probojno zrno prema predmetnom pronalasku sadrzi omotac (1) sa prednjim delom (A), vodecim (srednjim) delom (B) i zadnjim delom (C). Omotac (1) takodje sadrzi probojno jezgro (3) koje je postavljeno u prednjem delu (A) tako da strci iz njega, a koje je spojeno sa unutrasnjom povrsinom zadnjeg dela (C) pomenutog omotaca (1), pri cemu navedeni omotac takodje sadrzi i cauru (2). Odnos izmedju povrsina poprecnih preseka jezgra (3) i zrna u srdisnjem delu varira od 0,3 od 0,4, dok je odnos izmedju njihovih masa najmanje 0,45 i odnos izmedju debljine omotaca (1) u zadnjem delu (C) i precnika jezgra (3) varira od 0,1 i 0,2. Ovaj pronalazak se takodje odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju ovog probojnog zrna koje ima probojno jezgro (3) koje strci iz omotaca (1), pri cemu pomenuti postupak obuhvata spajanje preklopom jezgra (3) sa caurom (2) u omotacu (1) i presavijanje prednjeg dela (A) pomenutog omotaca (1). U toku presavijanja prednjeg dela (A) omotaca (1), postupak istovremeno obuhvata i presavijanje zadnjeg dela (C) pomenutog omotaca (1) oko jezgra (3).
