Abstract

CITOTOKSIČNA JEDINJENJA BICIKLO /7.3.1/ TRIDEC-4-EN-DIINA I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVU PROIZVODNJU, ovaj pronalazak odnosi se na jedan novi i efikasan postupak za proizvodnju prstenastog sistema 8-hidroksi-biciklo-/7.3.1/-tridec-4-en-2,6-diina, koji je deo aglikona od esperemicina, i na nove citotoksične agense koji imaju pomenuti biciklični prstenast sistem. Ovim pronalaskom takodje je omogućena metoda za lečenje animalnih malignih tumora apliciranjem životinji, koja ima potrebu za takvim lečenjem, antitumor-efikasne količine jedinjenje koje ima formulu:
