Abstract
Loptasti mehanizam sa obrtnim krilom (LMOK) je ekvivalentan sa klipno-cilindričnim mehanizmom, ali ima kinematsku osnovu zasnovanu na Kardonovom zglobu. Vratila (1) i (2) su spregnuta sa polukružnim obrtnim krilom (3) pomoću šarnira (7) i (8). Mehanizam je smešten u sferno kućište tako da krilo (3) formira prostore V1 i V2 čije se zapremine menjaju kada mehanizam rotira. Glavne mogućnosti primene su Loptasta pumpa sa obrtnim krilom (LPOK) Loptasti dvotaktni motor sa obrtnim krilom (LDMOK). LDMOK ima na kućištu svećicu (16), jednosmerni usisni ventil za smešu (17) i prelivnu komoru (18).. Šarnir (7) je proširen u kružnu ploču koja na sebi ima otvor (19) koji kada se poklopi sa otvorom (15) na ploči (10) omogućava izduvavanje. Ciklus rada je ekvivalentan sa dvotaktnim motorom sa usisom kroz karter.Zakretanjem kućišta, menja se stepen kompresiej LDMOK-a odnosno protok LPOK-a. Osnovna preimućstva LMOK-a: minimalan gabarit, promenljiv protok (pumpa) ili stepen kompresije (motor), i idealno uravnotežavanje masa.The ball-leaf ball mechanism (LMOK) is equivalent to a piston-cylinder mechanism, but has a kinematic basis based on a Cardon joint. The shafts (1) and (2) are coupled to the semi-circular rotary wing (3) by means of the hinges (7) and (8). The mechanism is housed in a spherical housing such that the wing (3) forms spaces V1 and V2 whose volumes change as the mechanism rotates. The main application options are Rotary Wing Ball Pump (LPOK) Rotary Wing Two Ball Engine (LDMOK). The LDMOK has a spark plug (16), a one-way suction valve for the mixture (17) and an overflow chamber (18) on the case. The hinge (7) is extended into a circular plate which has an opening (19) which when it coincides with the opening (15) ) on the plate (10) allows exhaust. The cycle of operation is equivalent to a two-stroke engine with suction through the crankcase. Turning the housing changes the compression ratio of LDMOK and the flow of LPOK. The basic advantages of LMOK are: minimum dimensions, variable flow (pump) or compression ratio (motor), and ideal mass balance.
