Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za obradu dikotiledonskih semenki koje sadrže galaktomanane. Ovaj je postupak naznačen time, što obuhvata jedan stupanj struganja u kome se kotiledoni površinski stružu da bi se sa njih skinula jedna količina materijala ne manja od 2%, pogodno 4%, poželjno 5% i ne više od oko 40%, pogodno oko 30%, poželjno oko 20% od ukupne mase kotiledona.[The invention concerns a method for treating dicotyledon seeds containing guar gum, which consists in an abrading step wherein the cotyledons are superficially abraded to eliminate therefrom an amount of matter not less than 2 %, advantageously 4 %, preferably 5 %, and not more than about 40 %, advantageously about 30 %, preferably about 20 % of the total volume of dicotyledons. The invention is applicable to hydrocolloids.
