Abstract

ENOSALNI IMPLANTAT SA OSIGURANJEM PROTIV TORZIJE, za cvrsto sklopljeni proteticki zub, ciji elementi za pricvrscivanje imaju glavu 34 i metalni implantatni podupirac koji se moze spojiti s osnovnim telom 10 posredno preko spoja 32 zavrtnjem, sa metalnom distancionom caurom 12, 14 izvedenom sa pojasom 24 za centriranje, koja se moze uvrnuti u otvoreni kraj osnovnog tela 10 i naslonom 40 naleci na gornju ivicu osnovnog tela 10 i u koju se moze uvrnuti implantatni podupirac, pri cemu distanciona caura 12, 14 ima donji deo 12 sa spoljnim navojem 30 koji se moze uvrnuti u osnovno telo 10 i gornji deo 14 izveden sa naslonom 40 za naleganje na gornju ivicu osnovnog tela 10 i koji se moze, uz osiguranje protiv torzije, spojiti s osnovnim telom 10, naznacen time, sto osnovno telo (10) na svom gornjem kraju ima prstenasto udubljenje (18) za prihvatanje pojasa (24) za centriranje gornjeg dela (14) distancione caure, koje je izvedeno sa najmanje jednim elementom (22) za zabravljivanje; sto pojas (24) za centriranje ima najmanje jedan element (26) za zabravljivanje, komplementaran elementu, ili elementima, (22) za zabravljivanje na osnovnom telu; sto unutrasnji otvor gornjeg dela (14) distancione caure u svom gornjem podrucju ima deo vece sirine nego u donjem podrucju u kome njegov precnik uglavnom odgovara unutrasnjem otvoru osnovnog tela (10), pri cemu je prolazizmedju tih podrucja razne sirine izveden u vidu granicnika (28); sto donji deo (12) distancione caure, izveden sa spoljnim navojem (30), u svom gornjem podrucju ima glavu (34), ciji spoljni precnik ogovara unutrasnjem precniku gornjeg podrucja veceg unutrasnjeg precnika gornjeg dela 814) distancione caure, i koja preko prstenastog upora (36) prelazi u njegov donji deo, a koji je upor (36) komplemen-taran granicniku (28) gornjeg dela (14) distancione caure, pri cemu spoljni precnik donjeg dela (12) uglavnom odgovara precniku un-utrasnjeg otvora osnovnog tela (10).
