Abstract

Il complesso osteointegrato è costituito da un perno (10) di qualunque tipo sul quale s'innesta a forzamento un collare (20, 20a). Collare e perno presentano battute contrapposte (26, 27) e (26', 27') che realizzano un perfetto contatto a tenuta evitando infiltrazioni di fluidi e proliferazione di forme batteriche. I collari (20), di forma semplice e poco costosi, tenuti a scorta in una limitata serie di elementi variabili praticamente solo per la loro altezza (4) da adeguare di caso in caso allo spessore (5) dello strato connettivale, permettono una vasta possibilità di combinazioni con le varie lunghezze dei perni (10), un agevole fissaggio della protesi e vantaggi nella durata di quest'ultima senza inconvenienti secondari.(Figura 1)
