Abstract
METOD ZA EKSTRA-CELULARNU EKSPRESIJU PROTEINA - Heterologna ekstra-celularna ekspresija rekombinantnih proteina u rastvornom obiiku je poželjna zbog lakog prečišćavanja izlučenog proteina i izbegavanja potrebe za ekstrakcijom iz ćelije i procedure dovođenja u odgovarajuću konfiguraciju. Ova istrazivanja obezbeđuju DNA sekvencu prirodnog gena ftalil amidaze izolovane iz bakterije Xan-thobacter agilis koja kontroliše transkripciju, translaciju i ekstra-celularno izlučivanje proteina u Streptomyces lividans. Ova DNA sekvenca se može koristiti u metodi za ekstra-celularnu ekspresiju velikog broja proteina u rastvornom funkcionalnom obliku.
