Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE AKTIVNOG METALOCEN-ALUMOKSAN KATALIZATORA IN SITU TOKOM POLIMERIZACIJE, suspenzije ili rastvora etilena, propilena ili kopolimerizacije etilena i alfa olefinskih monomera, naznačen time, što se u reakcioni sud šaržira aluminijum trialkil i metalocen a zatim se uvodi monomer koji sadrži od 100 do 10 000 ppm vode pri molarnom odnosu aluminijum trialika prema vodi od 1 do 2, pri čemu se gradi metalocen-alumoksan smeša koja sadrži metalocen formule (Cp)mMRnXq gde Cp je ciklopentadienil prsten, M je prelazni metal 4b ili 5b grupe Periodnog sistema elemenata, R je hidrokarbil ili hidrokarboksi grupa koja ima 1 do 20 atoma ugljenika, X je halogen i m je 1-3, n je 0-3 i q je 0-3; ili (C5R'k)gR"s (C5R'k)MQ3-q' ili R"s(C5R'k)2MQ' gde je (C5R'k) je ciklopentadienil ili supstituisani ciklopentadienil, svaki R' isti ili različiti može biti vodonik ili hidrokarbil radikal koji sadrži 1 do 20 atoma ugljenika, hidrokarbil radikal koji sadrži silicijum ili hidrokarbil radikal gde dva hidrokarbil radikala grade C4-6 prsten, R" je alkilen radikal, dialkil germainijum ili silicijum ili alkil fosfin ili alkil radikal koji premošćuje dva (C5R'k) prstena, Q je hidrokarbil radikal koji ima 1-20 atoma ugljenika, hidrokarboksi radikal koji ima 1-20 atoma ugljenika ili halogen i svaki može biti isti ili različit Q' je alkilen radikal koji ima 1-20 atoma ugljenika, s je 0 ili 1, g je 0,1 ili 2, s je 0 kada g=0 k je 4 kada s=1 i k je 5 kada s=0; i ciklični alumoksan formule (R-A1-O)y ili linearni alumoksan formule R (R-A1-O)yA1R2 gde R je C1-5alkil grupa i y je 2-30.
