Abstract

POSTOPEK OBLIKOVANJA VLAKEN IZ TERMOPLASTIČNEGA MATERIALA, kot stekla, v katerem je material v raztegljivem stanju - kot je viskoznost 100 Pa.s in temperatura 1030 do 1160 C - k centrifugirnemu sklopu, ki je na svojem obodu opremljen z ustji, pri čemer je material odvržen preko teh ustij izven centrifugirnega sklopa v obliku niti, ki so sojemno vzete in razvlečene s strani plinskega curka visoke temperature, ki je usmerjen vzdolž oboda centrifugirnega sklopa prečno na smer odmetavanja niti, in da je pretok vlaknastega materiala, ki izhaja iz centrifugirnega sklopa, večji od 12 ton materiala dnevno, oz 20 ton materiala dnevno, označen s tem, da je pretok materiala na ustje v območju 0,1 do 3 kg/dan, obodna hitrost centrifugirnega sklopa na nivoju ustij, iz katerega izstopajo niti, med 50 in 150 m/s, da poteka centrifugiranje z 800 do 8000 vrt/min, da plinsko strujanje z visoko temperaturo izhaja pri tlaku 1000 do 10.000 Pa na širino emisijskega ustja, kot maks. 20 mm. Prijava vsebuje še 4 patentna zahtevka.
