Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU PENASTIH MATERIJALA OD FENOLNIH SMOLA iz vodenih rastvora fenolrezolnih smola ili njihovih mešavina, sredstava za bubrenje, očvršćivača i eventualno uobičajenih aditiva putem očvršćavanja i upenjavanja na povišenoj temperaturi, naznačen time, što se upotrebljenoj fenolrezolnoj smoli dodaju dodatne materije, rastvorljive u vodi, iz grupe mono i disaharida, hidrolizata i proizvoda razlaganja polisaharida, proizvoda razlaganja potpuno ili delimično hidriranih polisaharida i šećernih alkohola, derivata šećera rastvorljivih u vodi kao što su sorbit, manit, maltoza, dekstroza, saharoza, ksilit, dekstrin i askorbinska kiselina, u količini od 10 do 40 mas. delova u odnosu na 100 delova smole kada se kao očvršćivači primenjuju organske kiseline odnosno 2 do 10 mas. delova na 10 delova smole kada se kao očvršćivači primenjuju neorganske kiseline, i time što se primenjuje smola koja u testu reaktiviteta u mešavini 100 mas. delova smole bez dodatnih materija i 12 ml očvršćivača, koji se sastoji od 50 delova sone kiseline gustine 1,190 pri 20 C i 50 delova etilenglikola gustine 1,109, ima maksimalnu temperaturu od 90 do 150C. Prijava sadrži još 2 patentna zahteva.
