POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE NOVIH ADICIONIH SOLI SA KISELINAMA -2-/2-AMINOETIL/-TIOMETIL/-5-DIMETIL AMINOMFTILFURANA, formule (I) i, prema potrebi, za transformisanje makoje od novih soli u poznatu bazu formule (I), naznačen time, što obuhvata a) reakciju cviterjonskog (5-dimetilaminometil-2-furilmetil) kiselog sulfata formule (II) sa cisteaminom ili sa njegovom adicionom solju sa kiselinom, ili b) tretiranje 5-dimetilaminometil-2-furfurilalkohola formule (IV) sa sumportrioksidom ili sa sredstvom koje je podesno za uvodjenje sumpportrioksida u prisustvu rastvarača, tada odvajanje i reakciju dobivenog (5-dimetilaminometil-2-furilmetil)kiselog sulfata formule (III) sa cisteaminom ili sa njegovom adicionom solju sa kiselinom i, prema potrebi, odvajanje adicione soli sa kiselinom baze formule (I) dobivene postupkom a) ili b) i/ili, prema potrebi, oslobadjanje iz nje baze formule (I), njeno prečišćavanje i/ili transformisanje u drugu adicionu so sa kiselinom baze formule (I).A process for the preparation of novel addition salts with the acids -2- / 2-AMINOETYL / -THIOMETHYL-5-DIMETHYL AMINOMPHYTHYLFURANE, of the formula (I) and, optionally, for the transformation of any of the new salts into a known base of the formula (I), , comprising a) reacting zwitterionic (5-dimethylaminomethyl-2-furylmethyl) acid sulfate of formula (II) with cysteamine or an acid addition salt thereof, or b) treating 5-dimethylaminomethyl-2-furfuryl alcohol of formula (IV) with sulfortrioxide, or with an agent suitable for introducing sulfur oxide in the presence of a solvent, then separating and reacting the obtained (5-dimethylaminomethyl-2-furylmethyl) acid sulphate of formula (III) with cysteamine or its acid addition salt and, if necessary, separating the addition salt with with an acid of the base of formula (I) obtained by process a) or b) and / or, if necessary, releasing from it the base of formula (I), purifying it and / or transforming it into another addition salt with the acid of the base of formula (I).
