Abstract

Prefabricated lightweight structure of styrofoam with prefabricated ceiling, for manufacture of smallribbed semifabricated reinforced concrete horisontal and slanted ceilings, according to figure 1, consists from styrofoam body (1), with installation canals (7)(10) and on it by smallribbed concrete (5) built in double reinforced cross-bars (2), of additional appropriate reinforcement (3), and prefabricated ceiling (8) is built so that, it is on appropriate part of styrofoam (1), with installation canals (4)(9), on horizontal foundation, long according to appropriate span, in axle of structure, built in, by means of smallribbed concrete (mortar) (5), doubled reinforced cross-bars m (2), additional appropriate armature (3), dimensions according to statical height, and then under minimal pressure realised by means of weights, or in some other way, rests for 3 days for solidification, and then ceiling side of structure is plastered with mortar in either manufacturing or machine method, cement mortar (8), stays until required solification, and herewith on the building in site, by means of placing lightweight roofing structures of styrofoam, one next to another, on appropriate span, on supported rafters, plane is formed, which by building in the appropriate label of concrete (6), upon solidification is formed reinforced concrete small-ribbed ceiling with ready ceiling (8) according to figure 1, with built in and then solidified concrete of required label (6), thus reducing the total mass of monolithe build up reinforced concrete ceiling, and simultaneously solves the problem of thermal acoustic insulation of ceiling construction with ready-made ceiling mortar.
