Abstract

Herewith described invention belongs to the field of synthesis of organic compounds and relates to a new product thereof, canal inclusion complex of allicin with carbamide, method for preparation and pharmaceutical application thereof in pharmacutical industry such as antioxidants, preservatives and spices in foodstuff industry. Synthesis of complex sets out with synthesis of allicin, oxidation allyldisulphides, acidic hydrogen peroxide and purification thereof in extraction with ether, where purity of herefrom obtained allicin is 70 - 80 %. Canal inclusion complex of allicin with carbamide is synthesized from allicin and carbamide in the method of development of solid complexes from saturated solution of 'host' molecule. Canal inclusion complexes are a subject of a great interest for obtaining pharmaceutical active formulations wherein there is a uniform content of an active substance. Prepared products enable reduced vaporization and degradation of active component and significantly correct the unpleasant smell and irritative taste of allicin, and due to high solubility, to correct even a complete bioavailability of active substance and maximal effective activity thereof.
