Abstract

Herewith explained procedure is in the field of synthesis of organic compounds and relates to new products, molecular inclusion complexes of allicin with cyclodextirnes or derivatives thereof, procedure for obtaining and application thereof in the form of pharmaceutical formulations in pharmaceutical industry. Synthesis of the complex sets out in a synthesis of allicin, oxidation of allyldisulphide in acidic hydrogen peroxide and purification thereof in extraction thereof with ether, where purity of obtained allicin is 70 - 80 %. Molecular inclusion complex of allicin with cyclodextrines or derivatives thereof are synthesized from allicin and cyclodextrines or derivatives thereof in a technique of solid complexes formation by kneading method. Molecular inclusion complexes are a matter of great interest for preparation of pharmacologically active formulations wherein a uniform content of active substance exists. Hereby prepared products provide reduced vaporization and degradation of active component and significantly correct an unpleasant smell and irritative taste of allicin.
