Abstract

Temperatura spoljneg zida rotacione peći je oko 60В°C. Dobijeni amorfni natrijum silikat se drobi pomoću mehaničke drobilice na zrna od 0,1-12 mm.PROCESS FOR OBTAINING SODIUM SILICATE, amorphous sodium silicate with 0.3 to 6 wt. % of water and the molar ratio between SiO2 and Na2O (1.9 to 2.8): 1 is obtained from a glass melt with at least 20% by weight. solids, which are a solution of glass and sodium hydroxide with a molar ratio of SiO2: NaO (2.0 to 2.8): 1 is treated at a temperature of 180V ° C-240V ° C and a pressure of 10-30 C. This solution is exposed in an air-drying zone at a temperature of 200-300V ° C for 10-20 s, then at a temperature of 90-130V ° C, whereby powdered amorphous sodium silicate with a water content (added during annealing at 700V ° C) of 15 to 23 wt. % and bulk density of 300 g / l. Powdered sodium silicate is further treated in an obliquely placed apparatus for moving solids, i. in a rotary tube furnace through which flue gases pass at a temperature of 250-500 V ° C for a period of 1. 60 min. The temperature of the outer wall of the rotary kiln is about 60V ° C. The obtained amorphous sodium silicate is crushed by means of a mechanical crusher into grains of 0.1-12 mm.
